MagDealer.com
Magdealer.com was a discount magazine subscription
store that Cole and Kyle created and operated for
       one year.
>More about Magdealer.com
       From June 2005 - June 2006, Magdealer.com (now just
a landing page for advertisements) was a successful
magazine subscription business that offered over
1,100 magazines. The theory behind the business was
that there was a large pool of potential customers
willing to buy subscriptions priced under $10.
The site averaged over 200 sales a month and
once netted over $1,000 in a single day.
The site was dropped after a year due to a lack of
time devotable to the project. However, Magdealer.com
has been an inspiration for other Peyton Venture
       projects revolving around discount services.
Powerizer Imports
Powerizer Imports was a project formed by Peyton
Ventures to sell a generic brand of imported sports
       equipment in a burgeoning market.

In the fall of 2006, Cole explored the idea of selling
Powerizers, a type of extreme sports equipment. (Read
       more about Powerizers here.)
The project was evaluated as profitable and was soon
initiated with additional financing by two outside
investors. This was the first time Peyton Ventures had
used equity and incorporated shareholders' input.
The entire initial inventory of Powerizers was sold
within a month, almost doubling shareholders'
       investments.
Continuation of this project is still under consideration,
although on hiatus while Peyton Ventures pursues
       additional projects.
